By the time he was a minister of education that's when ugandans experienced good education, i recall he provided books, pens and pencils whether you come from rich family or not every body enjoyed. Mr Mushega may God reward you and your family what you desires much. But pray for Uganda we are in the middle of the road.

He was well educated and that post suited him that time! /These days in m7's regime, there is misplacement of management in the government. People are given positions they have no idea of how to run them! Positions are given to the people who are close to the m7's family and friends. It's so sad !
