This is very low standard college. These lectures doesn’t teach in branches anymore. The administration is also very rude. I have seen the staff behaving harsh towards kids even when they are sick. Many such incidents were reported by the parents visiting

అసలు డబ్బు ఈ పథకానికి కేటా యించినది 255 కోట్లు ..కాగా దానికి GST పన్ను తో సహా మొత్తం 271 కోట్లు ఖర్చు ...ఖజానా నుండి చెల్లింపు ( గ్రాంట్ ఇన్ ఎయిడ్ గా ) జరిగింది ...
ఇప్పుడు ఆ సిమెన్స్ సంస్థ వారు కోర్ట్ కు వచ్చి మా సంస్థ కు మంచి పేరు వున్నది ఆని. ఎన్నో ఏళ్లుగా భారత్ లో వ్యాపారం చేస్తువున్నాము అని, చెపుతూ అసలు మాకు , బాబు కు ఎటువంటి ఒప్పందం లేదు మొర్రో ఆనీ వాపోయారు. .
ఎవరో ఉద్యోగి తో వ్యక్తి గత ఒప్పందం వలె చేసుకొని చేశారు అనేది వారి వాదన ... ఇక మా సంస్థ లో ఆంతరంగిక విచారణ చేసాము అని. ..దానీ లో తేలిన విషయం గా , అసలు మాకు , కుప్పం బాబు కు ఒప్పందం మే జరగలేదు అన్నది ...సవివరంగా తయారు చేసిన నివేదిక ...సదరు కోర్ట్ వారికి సమర్పించారు.. ..
ఇంతకీ బాబు యే సిమెన్స్ సంస్థ తో ఒప్పందం ...ఇంకేముంది ..ఇక్కడి విభజిత రాష్ట్ర విద్యార్థులు , పౌరులు , ( నా వల్లే మీరు ఇంగ్లీష్ నేర్చుకున్నాడు , ఈ రోజు అమెరికా లో ఉద్యోగం చేస్తున్నారు ...అన్నారు ...చాలా సార్లు...అది పాత వాదన... ) , జర్మనీ స్థాయి లో పనితనం అబ్బి , రాష్టానికి , దేశానికి ఆదర్శంగా నిలుస్తారు...నా పేరు ను గుర్తుపెట్టుకు వుంటారు అని వారు 71 ఏళ్ల ప్రాయంలో , ఎంతో సంతోషంగా అసెంబ్లీ లో ఉద్ఘాటించారు....ఆపై తెలుగు తమ్ముళ్లు , హర్ష ధ్వానాలతో , కొత్త రాష్ట్రం , మొదటి ముఖ్య మంత్రి , కాబోయే ఆంధ్రా Germany అని శ్లాఘించారు ...
జయము ...జయము చంద్రన్నా , జర్మనీ అన్నా , అని పాటలు పాడుతూ టీడీపీ మహిళా విభాగం , స్వీట్స్ పంచారు , బాణాసంచా కాల్చారు....

సిమెన్స్ సంస్థ చాలా పరువు , పేరు వున్న సంస్థ అని , బాబు వల్ల మా సంస్థ కు భారీ అప్రదిష్ట , అవమానం జరిగింది అని , చట్ట రీత్యా పరువునష్టం దావా వేస్తాం అని , అనధికార వార్త....
ఇక ఆ బాబు పన్నిన పథకం లోతు లలోకి వెళితే ...కొన్నీ ఆశ్చర్య కర సంఘటనలు వున్నాయి...
అప్పట్లో ఆర్థిక శాఖ యే అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ , మొదటి విడత డబ్బు ను ఇచ్చాము కదా ,దానికి తగ్గట్టు 10 రెట్లు సొమ్మును ఈ Siemens సంస్థ ఇవ్వాలి కదా ?? లేదే అన్నది , అప్పటి ఆర్థిక శాఖ వాదన ..వారు లిఖిత పూర్వక అభ్యర్థనను సంధించారు .

ఇక రెండవ విడత సొమ్ము ను విడుదల చేయుట ఎలా అన్నది సారాంశము ..ఇక అప్పటి చీఫ్ సెక్రటరీ గారికి , బాబు ఫోన్ చేసి డబ్బు విడుదల చేయాలి అని చెప్పారు . ఇక దాన్ని ఆ చీఫ్ సెక్రెటరీ గారు ఇలాగే బాబు డబ్బు ఇమ్మాన్నారు అని , ఫోన్ చేసి చెప్పారు అని ఒక నోట్ ను తయారు చేసి పంపారు ..ఇలా మొత్తం కూడా దఫా , దఫా లుగా హారతి కర్పూరం అయిపోయే...
ఇంతకీ పది రెట్లు సొమ్మును ఖర్చు చేసే నాథుడే ...ఒక్క మాట మాట్లాడరు..పేపర్ స్టేట్మెంట్ ఇవ్వరు...ఒక్క మీడియా సమావేశం కూడా వుండదు...మొత్తానికి సర్కారు నుండి కేవలం 3 నెలల్లో అనగా 90 రోజుల్లో నే మొత్తం 271 కోట్లు ఆవిరి అయిపోయిన వైనం ..
ఒక అపార్ట్మెంట్ యే 20 కోట్ల తో కట్టారు అని భావించినా , దాన్ని పూర్తి చేయుటకు 2 ఏళ్లు పడుతుంది .. , ఇది అందరికీ తెలిసిన విషయమే ..
స్వయంగా ఆర్థిక శాఖ యే ...అధికారులు వెళ్లి చూసారు అని , అక్కడ ఏమీ లేదు అని , సదరు ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్న సంస్థ వారు ఎవరూ లేరు అని , ఇలాంటి సందర్భంలో ఎలా రెండవ విడత నిధులు మంజూరు చేయాలి అని తల పట్టుకున్నారు...అదేదో వారి సెక్రెటరీ నోట్ ను రాశారు కూడా ..
ఈ మొత్తం సింగపూర్ బాబు కుంభకోణం లో అప్పటి ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి , అప్పటి ఆర్థిక శాఖా కార్యదర్శి మొత్తం విపులంగా నోట్ లు రాశారు అన్నది సారాంశము...
ఇక GST విషయమై వాపసు కూడా claim చేశారు అని , అప్పటి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ GST నిఘా సంస్థ విచారణ చేసి , అసలు Singapore బాబు invoice యే బూటకం అని , ఏమీ కొనలేదు అని , తేల్చి చెప్పింది , ఆపై రాష్ట్ర నిఘా సంస్థ కు ఈ విషయమై హెచ్చరిస్తూ వివరాలు సమర్పించిన మీదట
స్థానిక ఏసీబీ వారు విచారణ చేసి నివేదికను సిద్ధం చేస్తే....
