I tried this remedy twice and i am really so happy with the results 😊 . I was suffering from extreme hairfall and dry hair but after using this remedy my hairfall have reduced to a large extent and my hair got smoothened 🤩🤩

Wow Upasana I would like to express my gratitude for your helpful rice water remedy. Let me share my story with you. Since recovering from COVID, I have been struggling with excessive hair fall, with up to 140-170 strands falling out each day. Despite trying many serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, I didn't see any improvement. After extensive research, I made some significant lifestyle changes. Firstly, I added more protein-rich foods to my diet while reducing my intake of white flour and sugar. Secondly, I did warm-up exercises to enhance blood flow. Lastly, I switched to Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and Hair oil for hair fall control. Following these changes, I now lose only 10-15 strands per day, which is within the normal range. If anyone is experiencing the same problem, I highly recommend trying these steps, as they may help.

Rice water is used for washing hair in Manipur from the time immemorial. You can add hibiscus for softening the liquid or amla for treating dandruff. You can boil the rice water with all the ingredients also which makes the rice water liquid softer after washing it.
How many times in a week we can use this remedy?

It absolutely work for growing hair fast but not for dandruff. I googled it that if rice water treats dandruff or not and it showed it works but it didn't worked for me.
I admit that my hair grew way more faster than usual but my dandruff is as it is.
So if anyone is wondering to use it or not, I will surely recommend you to use it because it doesn't damage anything.

It is true that rice water is good for hair..it makes smooth,shinny and strong as well..process is same but we used to put some kind of herbs and fruits..and that is easily available here

Recipe
White rice-1 medium sixed bowl
Mineral water- 1 litre 💦
Grapefruit/orange/keeno/lemon peel
Eucalyptus oil/almond oil/coconut oil- 7-10drops
Hot climate ferment for 3 days
Cold climate ferment for 7 days
After cleaning rice for 10 min
Strain the water
Use the orange peel and boil for 20 min
And the water to the rice water and put the peel inside
Ferment
Strain the way after fermentation
Don't shampoo before using it
Add the water to your hair slowly and repeat the whole process for 4-8 times
Tie your hair and leave it on for 20-30 min
Rinse your hair after 30 min
You have no oil used in this vedio
I tried it after keeping the mixture for 8days. Usually after combing hair will be everywhere but using this mixture just one time the hair strands fallen were very less. I think continuous usage will help in stopping hair fall issue. Thank you for the video, u explained it so well. Appreciate your time and effort to impart this remedy.

Actually in tamil nadu villages girls used to mix the soapnut and reetha in the strained rice starch and wash their hair during oil bath. This treatment is already in the roots of the ethnic minorities. May be the citrus component would have been binded during the hair wash powder mix preparation along with green gram,hibiscus flower and leaf

@@nagmaperween8866 u can use the other way like just ferment the rice don't boil the rice so take 3 spoon of rice and wash it then add 3-4 glass of water add keep it for 2 days then apply on ur hair and massage it on ur scalp for 5 min then just keep it for 20-30 min then wash it with normal shampoo. Try this u will not feel disappointed

I came across this secret of Yao women a couple of years ago but didn't get my hands on the right way to make it then discovered a vlog where I learned to do the Ayurvedic head massage and also about rice water on that same channel but it didn't hit the spot because it wasn't the right recipe as I discovered here though the head massage worked wonder. I came across your video on a random watch and I am grateful for that now 🙂. It's about 5-6 days ago I watched this video and that same day made the rice water but using grapefruit peel. Today I rinsed my hair with it but I didn't shampoo my hair a day earlier and did my unwashed hair with it and believe me it feels as if I have shampooed them. Outside as fermention needs little warm weather.. once fermented, you can keep it in fridge for later use but make sure you bring it to room temperature before rinsing..

Amazing video dear. No one on you tube has explained it this well. Just one question....do I need to empty the bottle at one go or I can keep the half for the next use. As you suggested twice a month. One more thing, until used,do I keep it in the fridge?
You can save and store it fir next use dear... If you are in cold weather & have Oily Hair then keep it outside.. it will ferment more and will give you more awesome Result. But in case you have Dry Hair, don't ferment it too much & keep it in the refrigerator.
In care of hot weather, don't ferment the leftover more than a week... It may ho bad.

Nice remedy👍 but one must be careful while storing in glass or plastic bottles, few holes can be kept on lid as there are chances that of sudden breakage of bottle because of release of gases during the fermentation process.
