That red bird surprised me more than any other bird i couldnt believe it haha and yea its tough to compete angainst all the lines that ganus has, hes not considered possibly the best for no reason

Im sticking with the same 35 mile toss 2 times a week that they have learned like the back of their hand because they still need to keep up a level of exercise especially for the longest races. Theyve done outstanding so far!

Well done mark. I remember my 1st win was with a blue pied cock. It was a 150 mile race into a head win. I clocked him after nearly 5 hours on the wing that was 16 years ago

Thank you. We still have 4 races left. 300, 150, 250, 350. I am definitely recovering the birds better but i still take them for a short 30 mile toss couple times a week just to keep them in shape in between races
Congratulations!!! What line of Ganus birds do you have? Here in South Africa I am quite successful with the Mona Lisa line. They are real outstanding pigeons...
Great racing fella.....only my opinion but after four races I stopped my best youngsters .....found them to be great as yearlings it's very easy to sicken young birds....but your doing great

Just give them a couple of races. Get rid of darkness YBs at the end of the season no matter what they had won. Darkness seems to take something out of them. I don't like it. Old bird racing I love. Sprint to about 420 miles. Didn't like waiting all night. Have scored at 539 miles on day. Do you still race them? I miss them but still keep in touch with my mates and ask how they are going on with them. I used to fly in Darnall HS. SHEFFIELD SOUTH YORKSHIRE ENGLAND.
