Minecraft Survival Let's Play! | Episode 18: Fireplace and Fortification

Hello everyone, and welcome back for the eighteenth installment of the Minecraft survival series! My immediate apologies for the apparent tiredness and lapsing commentary in the video, as I was feeling especially tired while recording this. I hope it does not deprecate the quality of the video too much.
In this episode, we embark on some more major constructive goals, in order to more strongly secure ourselves from the monsters of Minecraft, as well as further organising our materials to make way for decorations.
I am still running version 1.4.7 in this video, and am still enjoying it largely. Any feedback and support is always appreciated, and I am always grateful to receive it on any of my videos.

also quick tip, adding bottom-half slabs on top of the walls should prevent mobs from spawning there altogether!

@@mccartymika849 I'm glad you enjoy it! I could potentially do that, but it would take quite a long time, as the nearest village is about a thousand blocks from my base (that, and I don't know how I would even bring them to my base from there anyway). I'll keep it in mind though, in case I figure out a way to do it!
