Thanks Unfortunately, most of the places in Paris are not kept clean and garbage is everywhere, the subways are old and the infrastructure is not of the right kind.
The city must be repaired and its beauty returned to the 60s and 70s
I went there twice and it's horrible and so boring. nothing to do and fresh food is so bland and disgusting. you are better of going to McDonalds then trying french food.

In France, you can film people in public without their consent as long as you don't focus on any one person in particular. What you are doing is city walking tours. You can not possibly be expected to blur out every single person in a public space.
