In your study of monozygotic trained and untrained twins, one of the findings was that that trained twin had lower muscle quality. You said on Peter Attia's podcast that the test for quality was the level of intramus

intramuscular lipids. since that was likely an adaptation to endurance training, rather than sedentary life style, a reliable muscle quality blood test that could differentiate the two would be great!

I laughed at your video technique in the beginning. Most people would have edited that out, but not you.
The guest had too low audio volume, so I bailed out.
But thanks for the amusement you gave!

Why did you feel the need to include the down time where you’re troubleshooting a call? It’s too long if a video for filler.

The strongest leg guy in my gym is grossly fat, at least 300+ lbs. His legs must carry that weight. Seriously doubt his probable insulin resistance, fatty liver, etc support a healthy brain.

I think simply stated we all know that leg workouts definitely boosts testosterone , etc because of the large muscle demand on the body , thus I am guessing a greater pituitary output to the body. And I think doing legs might largely increase some sort of neuroplasticity in the brain , . So those 2 proponents hormone production + neurogenerative function will = a greater cognitive ability in the subject
