Today I saw videos of some chefs and got very excited that I have to cook and eat jackfruit curry.
Then I went to the market and bought some chopped jackfruit. I was very nervous whether I would be able to cook this jackfruit or not. I have promised myself that I will cook this curry. Although 15 years ago also I got excited after watching a video of someone like this and left home and left for the city in search of a big dream. But till date that dream has not been fulfilled. That is why I was scared. But it is better to die after doing something than sitting quietly.
That is why I tell you beforehand that I am not a chef, I am a student who is learning the method of cooking jackfruit and living life. Therefore, there is a high possibility that this jackfruit will not cook the way I had thought. So should I stop working? Probably not.
I did not have the utensils required to cook this jackfruit. I did not have the kitchen that should be there. Still, an attempt can be made.
I just took 500 grams of jackfruit and 200 grams of potatoes along with coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mustard oil, cumin seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, etc.
I did not measure everything with a knife. Life is also like that where you cannot measure everything.
