I think maybe Gibbs will chance his rules, and then Tony and Ziva are allowed. And, I mean, aren't they already acting like they are married, with all the yelling and bullying? :) I just don't think that the show will end, there is just SO much more to tell about!
The Best of NCIS was when Ziva & Tony reigned supreme with Gibbs Seasons 3 - 11.. Miss these 2 sooo much 😢😢😢
