Hah! Great video and your enthusiasm and energy is off the charts! I am 70 years young and I still use the dual spider's on my hip. I shoot dual EM1Xs and the 300 mil f4 and the 100-400 f5-6.3 and have them mounted on the spider system. I can still walk (albeit, very slowly) with the two cams when out bird shooting. The other day I tried a strap system from Amazon which was VERY cheap, but I found out that a strap with the cams dangling precariously is not for me, the Spider System gives me a whole lot more felling of security. And speaking of security, a cam thief would have to knock you out and then CUT somehow the spider to get to the cams... Cheers!

After 19 years of being a full time wedding photographer, carrying two DSLR's with battery grips and flashes over my shoulders I got a slipped disc in my back. My pilot friend recommended his massage therapist to get me back on my feet. I went and she decompressed my spine - essentially giving me back another inch of height after 4 sessions. She agreed that carrying cameras all day long on my shoulders was a huge factor in compressing my spine. We discussed pt exercises as well as finding a system that would enable me to carry my cameras on my hips to prevent this from happening again. This is how I found the Spider system. Excited to put them to use and not put myself through spinal compression sessions any longer!

@michaeljcharlesphotography200 Any update on your health after using spider holster?

Hi @@reynaldohernandez1425 Thank you for checking! I'm feeling great and I really like the system. I took a little time to get used to but I really love it now. I've found for me personally, that when I wear thicker pants (like my dark stretch twills) with a belt, it feels better than if I was to wear thin jeans. A friend of mine also got the system and likes it but says he needs to lose a little weight before he uses them full time. Did you get the system or are you considering?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes I just made my order. I use a strap with dual camera bodies but by reception time I always have pain on my upper back. That’s why I was wondering about your condition after using the spider system.

@@reynaldohernandez1425 YES - I had those issues as well for years before throwing out my back. For me - my mid back would tighten up. I now do spinal decompression exercises and lower back strengthening exercises along with my regular workouts. Come back and give an update once you've put it through the paces.

The key to taking pressure off your back while using the Spider Pro holster, is to wear it low on your hips. Let your butt and hips carry all the weight.
If you wear it up just under your belly button, your lower back carries all the weight and you will be miserable.
I have had a Spider Pro Dual Holster for many years and still love it.

I came from Holdfast , and after a few wedding I found myself having a lot of inconvenience. While it’s true it’s looks cool and pretty the comfort is what made me hate it and just shoot with single harness even if I have a second cam. Then a friend photographer advices me to looks up on Spider Holster and I said to myself, why did I found it just now???!

Just got mine, and its weird that the plate are 2 right one, im really not a fan of having the tripod mount on my 70-200 . So im really confuse why they would do to camera plate of the same side tought!
