I am also planning to make home made flours as its way better than store bought flours.. thanks for ur share dear.. 👍

@@rajsehgal1737 how can a sprout be indigestible? The whole idea behind sprouting is to break the proteins, enzymes in the grain/ millet naturally so it is easier to absorb and digest. Sprouting breaks the toxic coating or phytic barrier surrounding the grain, making absorption easier.
Yes, they have. But sprouting all millets except ragi/ finger millet is tough and takes time. But you can't wait for many days as they go bad quickly..
Well, I prefer refrigerating all flours..so advise making small batches of sprouted flours..else keep them in sun once a week..that should help prolong their shelf life

For sprouting foxtail do we neet raw seeds or dehusked millet
I have taken dehusked foxtail but if you get your hands on whole millet, that would be even better

Samai is like broken rice ..we may try sprouting other millets though.. however, ragi is the best millet sprouts
