I am also planning to make home made flours as its way better than store bought flours.. thanks for ur share dear.. 👍

      @@rajsehgal1737 how can a sprout be indigestible? The whole idea behind sprouting is to break the proteins, enzymes in the grain/ millet naturally so it is easier to absorb and digest. Sprouting breaks the toxic coating or phytic barrier surrounding the grain, making absorption easier.

      Yes, they have. But sprouting all millets except ragi/ finger millet is tough and takes time. But you can't wait for many days as they go bad quickly..

    • @healthfoodfitnessRavneetBhalla
      @healthfoodfitnessRavneetBhalla  3 роки тому

      Well, I prefer refrigerating all flours..so advise making small batches of sprouted flours..else keep them in sun once a week..that should help prolong their shelf life

      Well, please ask your doctor about it. They know your child's health better dear. I feel it's still better to start with lentils and poha first before beginning with anything else. an infant needs semi sold diet ..start with liquid lentil soups , apple purees ..you may check my page for some infant recipes..always do a test to see what your baby can eat and digest easily www.mercuryimp.com/2016/11/baby-food-homemade-cerelac-kitchdi.html?m=1

    Can we eat raw or cooked sprouts?

    • @healthfoodfitnessRavneetBhalla
      @healthfoodfitnessRavneetBhalla  3 роки тому

      Well, eating sprouts raw is the best way to derive maximum benefits..but when you make sprouted atta, it's a healthier alternative to refined flours ..as it is rich in protein and fiber..so you can enjoy sprouts raw and cooked..when you eat them raw, limit their quantity as larger portions can cause gastric issues and flatulence..eat in small batches
