Just a side note mostly all black entertainers got their foundation of music from church church was something that in those days in that era black people worshiped they praised God seven days a week two a day, this is when people were really renowned in the church they really had faith in and God and Jesus Christ the son of God this is what black people really really really really really really wore it because they knew or they believe that this would shine the light through whatever would happen to them good or bad would be renowned through the Grace of god, music was fundamentally and impact within the black community already but gospel music was on a standard that's what we do so a lot of times if you listen to music from the 40s 50s and 60s you'll always hear some sort of a gospel like sound like Ray Charles did it Little Richard did it a lot of colored musicians did it and it was just a part of really your heritage Church was a part of your heritage and that's just the
Gospel was nothing but remixes to blues and Funk...and if you listen to it nowadays you'll hear how Gospel remixed Hiphop and Rap 😂 since like mid 90s .....
i seen an interview of nedra ruffin sadly before she passed away, she spoke about how she was the last person to talk to her father and she and eddie kendricks said david was sober. she believes david was set up by his younger gf because he had a money belt on him(which was missing when david got to the hospital) and she believes that someone gave him a hot shot to end his life. two weeks before his passing, farrakhan was supposed to meet with david to "help him get out of something". it's even more scarier to me that he was taken away from us on the first of the month. also sad that he and eddie kendricks said they would tell their own stories of the shady things that happened to them in the industry but unfortunately never got a chance to.💔i wish someone would make an ACCURATE film about the tempts! paul, david, and dennis all had suspicious passings may they get justice and rip and nedra🕊 Interview link> ua-cam.com/video/rgDVR1sFckM/v-deo.html

Second best to Eddie Kendricks!✌️
If you say so? 😂
David Ruffin set the stage for future groups with his flawless voice. I continue to enjoy his music to this very day.
Me too!
i seen an interview of nedra ruffin sadly before she passed away, she spoke about how she was the last person to talk to her father and she and eddie kendricks said david was sober. she believes david was set up by his younger gf because he had a money belt on him(which was missing when david got to the hospital) and she believes that someone gave him a hot shot to end his life. two weeks before his passing, farrakhan was supposed to meet with david to "help him get out of something". it's even more scarier to me that he was taken away from us on the first of the month. also sad that he and eddie kendricks said they would tell their own stories of the shady things that happened to them in the industry but unfortunately never got a chance to.💔i wish someone would make an ACCURATE film about the tempts! paul, david, and dennis all had suspicious passings may they get justice and rip and nedra🕊 Interview link> ua-cam.com/video/rgDVR1sFckM/v-deo.html
