i did it from the begining...extra champs upgrade same time champs that i wanted to use them later..but i have seen that i could do that for extra food..so i put there mixed champs...after i seen ur video in YST channel i said why not to use it only for food..ofc i follow other way i lvl up till 30 and then i put there till all reach 40 lvls and same time farming in compaigns to make 20 x 4 stars to make 5 of 5 stars food...same time...some times im faster..some times im slower...still worth

im confused, don't you mean to put 20x level 3's in to make into level 4's to which your first 5 champs (rank 4, lvl 18 when started) can consume once completed

I hope you can convince Plarium to make the sparring pit automatically update the next level. I don't want to go there after every level to start the next level up
I can keep trying but I don't think they will.
Plarium will never do that and they already regret giving us the sparring pit and even more so people using it efficiently. if you click in the in game guide, the image they show has a maxed out champ, an empty slot and different levels. They don't like it when people don't buy energy packs.

They know if they do that people would just leave them in there and not log back in for weeks at a time.
Especially if they added a queue feature, I'd probably be gone for months.
Then there's the bellyaching for the actual champion training tournaments no longer warranting points to the Sparring Pit.
Not to mention with all the energy saved, mid game would just be hyper focusing their energy on artifacts. And Platinum, being their usual generousl selves would be jacking up to the time and energy sink all around to over compensate.
I'd pay for a sparring pit pass to be honest lol

I saw the video you made about a 4/6 weeks ago on this, and I started doing it then. Since then, I must have made 4 or 5 sets of chickens, and ranked that many 5* champs to 6. Thanks for this hack, it has been a real energy saver, and more importantly time spent doing other things other than ranking up through 12/3 campaign. I now move mine up to lvl 21/22 as of last week and it cuts about another 1 to 2 days off the time depending on whether I log in once or twice to do it.
My son is autistic and I don't always get a chance to get on twice a day. Anyway, everybody should do this, and I did share the info with my clanmates also. As far as I know, they all do this now.
As a new ftp player, this information is GOLD! just the thought of upgrading my first champ to 6* was overwhelming, but after watching this that feeling is gone, i recently fully upgraded my mine so now i'm gonna be saving to fully unlock sparring pit! Thank you so much!

I have started implementing this strategy ever since watching your collab with YST and honesty its the best help I have ever come across in Raid. Getting 4 star food isn't a problem but the energy cost to level 4star to 40 is much higher often requiring gems to be used.

It took a while, but I recently finished maxing my sparring pit slots. The reason I didn't stop at simply unlocking them is because tournaments and events require bursts of champ leveling. When something is about to go live, I wait to level my champs. As soon as it starts, I level everyone in the pit.
It'll take a while to break even on the gem cost, but it has already earned me milestones that I would have missed.

Im going to give this strategy a shot. I've been using the pit to level up champions that I want to build but not today if that makes sense.
I'm beginning this as we speak. My account is quite far behind on progression.
Been using it for a while now. Only difference is I have the sparring pit maxed out.
if you and your wife like suspense, Erased will be a nice anime, Shounen likers will like Tokyo Ghoul and Eminence in Shadow. I'll love to know which ones you have watched till now. Dr Stone, Attack On Titans, Bleach are also nice.

It's a nice guide, but one thing in this guide is missing imho. What is the best way to get these twenty 4 stars to feed into the leveled sparring pit champions? Do we level up ALL the mystery shard champions, including commons and hope for 2 and 3 star food from stage 3 while doing this? Do we use brews here to level them up in addition to leveling these uncommons (and maybe commons) in campaign? How does the leveling strategy compare to someone who has pulled a bunch of ancients to get 4 star food? I would very much like to get some more detailed information on what is the most efficient way to donig this. Especially as a F2P. This is also assuming there's no champion training event going on, cause I know things would be slightly different then.
I wait for events or fusions to rank up. And I wait for a training tournament to level up food feeders to feeder levels. Sparring pit is for those levels that are very tedious to do with energy. Leveling up feeders to feeder levels. 4* I do to level 19 or 7 12-3 runs. different people do different levels. Sometimes I use potions, which is another level still. Sometimes I use also to finish up 3* L30s, though for me, I think it's more efficient to finish L30s with potions. I do some 12-3 levels and finish with potions. Then do 12-3 runs or potions until about L19. Then I feed to L40s, or put in pit to finish.
Definitely anything running awhile offline is good.
I'm going to try this method. Great idea. Wish I'd thought of that sooner!

As a new player who unlocked this like on day 3, I'm still amazed by the amount of people who are not doing this, tnx for the video.
I know right! I keep doing account takeovers and seeing this not being utilized so that spurred me to do another video on it.
It seems to be slow and pointless progress at start of the game, but its well worth it!
I actually got the entire training pit unlocked at Lvl 1 before I got the gem mine, looking back I got to say it worked out pretty good!

Hey mtg, I unlocked the sparring pit after your first video and it has taken so much stress off of making 6 star characters. Now I only make 4 star chickens throughout the week and I am ready for a new 6 star about every ten days. Game changer
So, I was setting this up on my main, but I was going to use the gems during CVC. I "unlocked" the slots at 5am just to realize I then had 4 level 2 slots and one level 1 after -_- so now they are all level 2 lol

Nine months in and I found it about this one. Since I started I have been able to knock out all of hard dot and lead my clan in hydra damage

You never showed how to min max 3 stars you turn to 4 stars for sparring pit. And i get its hard to keep up so i only use uncommon ones to feed rarea i get free from farming food and i use only common champs to feed 2 stars. I lvl all my 2 stars to 19 and use last needed xp in a sparring pit for the 1 stars only fo 12-3 on brutal 2x times which should get them to lvl 9 and then after two hours in training they are lvl 10 im using elhain lvl 60 with lifestealer and speed set.
I've already dropped the gems to fully MAX my Sparring Pit (Lvl 3/3), but I could experiment with the strategy all the same.
I've tried to make 5-Star Chickens out of Hound Spawns because I naturally get a lot of them through Campaign 12-3/12-6, so they seem like one of the most expendable resources in the game.
That strategy for 6 staring a champion I have seen from you a few months ago is working 100%.

I do use this strategy but sometimes the sparring pit is used to level up a 6 star for me. it's not as efficient, but i try to keep my sparring pit full at all times.
I did this just before your yst colab (had been putting it off).
It's definitely a 'no regrets' gem spend.
Been great, passively levelling 5 star chickens. As you say, hugely noticed the problem becomes keeping up with lvl 4 food to make them 5 star. But that's a good problem to have.
Really suprised all other cc's sleep on this aspect of the game. Cudos for investing the time to realise its potential and then spread the word. 🤜

Whut? Free stuff? Count me in 😀I have fully unlocked the sparring pit on my main bc it's basically free energy until you stop using the account. I used your strat a lot when my account was in early and mid game, now, at late-to-endgame, I find myself mostly levelling up 5 or 6-stars with it (like apparently you do as well on your 2.0 😀).
It's kind of silly you have to go in and click ugrade individually. It should just go up to the max level

I'm F2P and using this strategy. I think I saw your older video explaining the same thing and tbh I can't keep up with the other 4* champs to rank up sparring pit champions to 5* haha. I think I wait for one more set of food from sparring pit and then place faction war champions in there. Good tip!

They have not fixed this yet, still see max level champs.. At least they added instant upgrade on gear for new players

I was skeptical of the sparring pit at first but I took the plunge around the time of your first video on the subject and the difference is noticable. Waking up to a batch of new lvl 40s is great and I am making some fresh ones just in time for this clover event.
Heck yes! Once you get this started you'll never look back. That's what I always say anyway.

I like leveling up in Minotaur exclusively when I get 4 legendary heroes I need to raise. By the time they are 60, they have all their masteries done. I only use sparing pit for chickens

the very first thing i upgrade when entering the game, indeed was the gem mine and the second, event after event, i upgrade and unlocked all the sparring pit. i call it the oven lol and that's exactly it's use for playing in a passive way
