You'll need to either get 100% VCT (with gears, cards, pets, etc. Ex. Berzebub card is 30% VCT) Or get it via stats (Formula: ((Dex * 2) + Int) = 530. Stats and VCT gears, cards, etc, do NOT stack with each other. You can't get 50% via stats and 50% VCT gears for instant cast. How much do you need? Depends solely on what you have. For FCT, you can just use Sniper Stone I Mid for .5 FCT reduction on Sharp Shooting.
Angle Shot was used because I was either lazy and just wanted to use 1 armor instead of making 3 separate armors, or I completely forgot able those modules
Viable, yes, meta, not sure. The new hawk skill does a lot of damage and has around 60% proc rate if you have 90 CON. The thing is, even with 192 aspd, you can auto attack "only" around 7 times per second, but with really high after cast delay and specific enchants you can spam sharp shooting/aimed bolt (maybe crescive bolt) the same amount of times, and they do much more than the hawk attack. In resume, auto attack will shine mostly in the mid to end game. With really end game gears and cards, the skills will do more damage per second. P.s.: Also the SMRO will have the smart cast feature, which will allow to spam skills easily, making it easier to achieve the 7 skills per second cap.

No, that was made with @item2, I slapped all the costume stones into the garment and left my other costumes (upper, middle, and lower) empty
