It's funny how people think only one or two operations can change a face like this. This man had MANY operations. At least 5 nose jobs (more like 7 or 8) just before his bad era you can clearly see he had what looks like a face lift (there was no botox, filler or laser at this time), and then permanent makeup, bleaching, jaw and chin implant and buccal fat removal.
