With 1CL and 5DD, the fleet will start at F. With sufficient LOS you will not get dead end. I keep ELOS at around 19 (2-5 new calculation) which prevent getting dead end. Boss Support is advisable if you would like to ensure S rank victory at boss.

if I aim to farm for Prinz Eugen, and going easy mode in this map, would you recommend me resetting the bar or keep farming her even with last dance?

I suggest resetting. At least on normal+ difficulty, you will get an interceptor plan as completion reward.
