The interviewer seems baffled by this guy's eloquence and command of what he's saying, in English. Clearly, a highly educated and talented politician here. So before a windfarm is even built it is costing the electricity bill payer £9 billion for just seabed rental, who knows how much building the actual windturbines & associated infrastructure is going to cost on top of that......That is why electricitybills are going through the roof.
