I wish they would let us test against a batsman, would be way better seeing how much of a difference it makes with a batter actually trying to smash it
Aftertouch in pro only works up and down to adjust the length as the direction of the delivery is already decided at the last moment with an up flick on the right stick.
Attempt perfect jumps and releases. I'm sure it'll affect after touch. You keep letting them go to poor jumps and releases. That always affects the line lengths and swing/seam/spin inputs in cricket 19

@@mougiemoist1 Yep the more I played it, the more right you and me seem to be and the more wrong this video seems. I chose the easy way out and made my career player a spin-bowler and actually took some wickets. Even now I think the best I did manually was a 3-for!
So if I'm correct, you don't need aftertouch to swing/spin the ball. But it assists you if you make an error and increases spin? Apologies if this is a dumb question
Not a dumb question at all! It adjusts your line, more than anything; don’t believe it increases spin but more the angle which will give it the impression it’ll turn more. That’s what I’ve found anyway

May I be slightly controversial and offer what is the point of aftertouch? Only seems valid in PvP and you could just hide the pitch marker for the batsman. Only real life parallel might be to adjust line at last minute based on batsmans movements, but this isn't aftertouch as you choose it before you start run up.
I agree to an extent, for multiplayer I think it’s great but I don’t see myself using it at all and since I use pro controls it doesn’t even seem to work with them
@@gjweavr fair point. I guess it adds a bit of kidology in multiplayer line wise if playing with pitch marker. Still not quite sure it's cricket relavent. 'he's aiming it there, but it might be a trick, you' ll have to wait and see'. Great work with the vids as usual👍'
Can anyone explain me how to do Pro Classic Bowling? I'm new to it && so far no idea how to bowl to my desired line && length :(

I'll be bowling on pro settings..very confusing as adding after touch doesn't seem any different
Yeah It seems like it might be useful if you're paying against a mate. Other than that I'm not sure why anyone would use it. Not complaining though. If it's useful for some players I'm all for it.
Umm.. It changes the line between off and leg of your bowling, it will help to confuse the batsman to keep him unsettled in singleplayer... Its sad it doesn't work on pto controls. I had to switch back to standard.

This video is incorrect and obviously wasnt tested. Its to adjust ball after you started run up if batsman moves I think, the batter sees the new ball marker after the aftertouch is applied not before, I've tested with a friend in Quick Play. I use it to bowl at feet with Inswing then use aftertouch to push it out. Not 100% how it works but it doesnt bamboozle the batter as this video describes
