I think jacket hit the biker with the club and that knocked biker out and jacket thought that he was dead. So later biker got up and went about his day. And I know it shows bikers head getting wracked off his body but remember jacket remembers that from a coma and biker remembers that from a hangover.

Neither jacket or biker killed the other. Their perceptions of reality are too warped for it to have gone down like we saw it.

Gomask2000 Let's disregard the bar of broken heros as evidence of biker being alive. Considering everyone in the bar is dead or about to be dead. Biker is alive because you can find biker in front of the courthouse as Evan.
What I think happened was jacket didn't club most of bikers face of as seen in the store scene where he still had part of his face so he had facial reconstruction surgery

I would love an alternate ending where biker shuts down 50 blessings evil plans after figuring out the truth with the janitor's computer instead of becoming a drunkard.
My headcannon is that this ending is Biker inadvertently saving the world by shutting down 50 Blessings and stopping the events of Hotline Miami 2
He didn't have the necessary courage and skill to do it. That's why he wants out in the first place as he felt closer to death each night.

Well these guys arent the founders, just some goons for 50 blessings. Killing them wouldn't alter the history either, since the past already happened, and these two aren't high ranked enough that killing them would put a dent in the 50 Blessings operations as a whole.

I like Biker better for a number of reasons
he actually speaks, has personality (and what i think) is semi-morals, which makes him into more of a character. plus, his design is appealing
