DTF Transfers: Screen Print quality without the hassle

Why would any DTF paper stick to the press during the powder curing process then? This happened to me recently. I used the suggested temp/time settings that came with the DTF paper. I was able to pull the paper down from the platen for the heat transfer. Unfortunately, this then resulted in the paper sticking to the platen again and even a cold peel was a disaster. Any tips? Thanks!
