Most of NPC fights in GTA 3, outside gang fights, are actually caused by street criminals pickpocketing someone and the pickpocketed victim will be provoked to attack the criminal, in which case the criminal will always retaliate, even if he's the one who technically provoked his pickpocketed victim.

In Gta 4 if you use a Native Trainer to Spawn> Player Model>(choose any ped) -~- Then go to Misc> Set Voice> (choose any ped voice) -~- And then if you just walk around, the other peds will talk to you, and your character may even answer with some animations; -~- Which is interesting because if you play with a female ped for example, you may get harassed by male peds, even cops, and after that you can properly "talk" to them🎯🔫 -~- But more interesting than that, is if I recall correctly, Niko doesn't respond to anyone, or if people at least talk to him
Some crazy things happening in all GTA, but why with every game this getting more boring? Imagine what will be in GTA 6. I think it will be even more boring, from this video GTA 3 is my most favourite game, so many crazy things happens there
