My horse has pssm so riding is the most difficult part. But he has this thing with turning , he won’t turn, but put a human in front of him to follow and you don’t even need your reins. If he can do it with following a person he should do it with out one. What am I missing that can give him confidence to follow leg and rein aids confidently and not just some one leading on the ground?

I have the hardest time getting my horse to collect he wants to pull with his front end. Do you have any ideas for this?
