This is how ppl read when they get called on to read in the class you were sleep in.
I don’t like that they’re making fun of people's genetic differences. If the person with the defect heard you laughing, they wouldn’t be happy! I have another question for the panel: what would you call a little boy born with two X chromosomes (typically considered female chromosomes)? A woman? Absolutely not! This person would have what’s called Klinefelter syndrome, which means they are born male with an additional X chromosome.

I appreciate Charla saying that this isn't a conversation they should be weighing in on, there's so many people running with this story without any true information or understanding. The test was done by a Russian organization (IBA) conveniently before she was supposed to fight a Russian athlete for the gold medal, and they have refused to give any further information to anyone including the IOC regarding the tests (who conducted it, type of test, etc). Testosterone levels are tested for most athletes especially in combat sports, and every sport has different requirements. For instance, Caster Semenya was not allowed to compete in her event (800m in athletics) for some time due to her test levels, but was allowed to compete in shorter sprints because they were within limits for those events.
