I wouldn't be surprised, this game has so many different dialog changes depending on your route. I think that her scene in the ending changes whether he's alive or not.
I've always wanted Cistina and Cerya have their own endings as well, including Sherri. They also needed more cutscenes atleast in chapter four when you got all four of them, like maybe when you finished the apocrypha quest.
I have always wondered what happened to them.
Their character ending only plays on worst lord ending unlike other characters. Which isn't about them really. Poor Sherri gets no ending though.

This ending was so amazing, i felt like all the characters had gone through so much, it was nice to hear it turned out well for them.
Sorry to break it to you but it s most likely not the canon ending , tactics ogre has a history of making the bad ending the canon one and even in this good ending Lodis may still 50%/50% invade with a 200.000 strong army.
