Personally I would've been sweating the Jennings high tackle if I was a Roosters fan. Can't think of another incident like that this season where an illegal tackle sidelines a player, the offending player gets a 2 match ban.... And isn't sin binned.

To be fair Roosters 1st try was a forward pass and 2 more of their tries came from lucky deflections.
Having compared the two games, this and last nights win over Canterbury, I know Manly will be Victorious, the defence is waaaaay better, combinations are successfully fluent, desire and hunger greater, yes, Manly will prevail 42-24!

Beautiful opening 20min from the lads tonight. But from there we were lucky to not lose that at the end. Still we’ll take the two points anyway over a Manly side that’s been on the rise the last few weeks. Keary owes the lads after those two poor passes thou.

Do yourself a favour, go and find a full match replay and sit down for one of the games of the year, if Manly managed that final play, it would have been one of the top 10 of the decade. Outstanding effort by the Roosters to hold on, even with those two slips.

Manly should have won that if it weren't for that lucky try the Roosters got when it ricochet off a few players like a pin ball machine where he drops the ball accidently kicks it his a Manly player then goes towards the try line which the the first Rooster player kicks it and it its right in front of him for an easy try. I believe it was the Rooster 5th try im talking about. very very blessed for the Roosters to have won that.
Manly did not deserve to win if manly didnt get 3 lucky tries then game gone

Roosters came out on fire. Then lost their way. Cant do that in the Finals. Teams like Melbourne Penrith will chase you down and capitalise….. the Roosters should have put them away but 2-3 intercept passes destroyed all the good work…….
Im Manly fan. Ben T shouldn't playing in centre. Tommy T should be in that position. Defence is weak on the edge.

Sandon Smith needs to come in for Luke Keary. Luke has been a good servant but he is past it now and has been pedestrian for a long time now. It would be interesting know how many intercepts he has thrown in the last few years.

You mean keary threw 2 intercepts for 2 tries. Klien clearly wanted the roosters to win and they did. They scored a try off a foward pass. Then manly got called for a foward pass for there try. When the ball clearly went back then Tupou touched the ball which made it go foward. All I know is none of these teams are beating the mighty Panthers or the storm 😂
