@Cara Corriveau DB Cooper hijacked a commercial passenger plane with a bomb threat, demanded $200,000 and a couple of parachutes to let the passengers go. Plan landed passengers were let go and the stuff was put on board. Plane took off, Cooper jumped out of the plane mid-flight and was never found. Jimmy Hoffa was President of the Teamsters Union and was convicted of organized crime. He disappeared and is considered to have been killed by the mob. The two cases are some of the highest profile unsolved crimes in American modern history.

Believe it or not but this makes a rookie cop cream his britches. They will investigate this thoroughly just for the chance to say they solved a cold case.

So a fun fact place I grew up has a river running straight through the middle of it, and my father used to always make jokes that the "skeletons" in the closet of the town were in the river. I never believed it until someone found a disposed of Lee Enfield .303 in the river in a tarp that was weighted down with a few rocks. It wasn't found with a magnet, however, it was found during low tide when someone hooked onto the tarp with a fishing line and pulled a chunk of it to shore. The water was calm enough and shallow enough to wade out and swim to it. It's amazing how much the water can hide dark history.

I have a neodymium magnet that I wanna start using for magnet fishing in salt water. Can I use froglube on it to prevent rust? I also heard that ATF and Ballistol are also good alternatives.
