Congrats!! My husband recommeds giving "eye hugs" which means looking into their eyes. Seems to work🙂

Congratulations from me, too! I would say, give your puppy lots of hugs and cuddles. They might be missing their siblings and mother, so physical touch and affection will be nice for both of you. 💗
