Rahul Gandhi in London:Cambridge University। राहुल गांधी को BJP का कैसा करारा जवाब? | वनइंडिया हिंदी

A very strong reaction has come from BJP's national spokesperson Sanjay Bhatia. In which he retaliated on the statement of Rahul Gandhi, in which he had come down heavily on the BJP government of the country during a program at Cambridge University in London. During that time, Rahul Gandhi had questioned the working of the government and said that such a situation has arisen in the country, as if someone has sprinkled kerosene here. BJP also took a jibe at him on his such statement.
बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवत्ता संजय भाटिया की ओर से एक बेहद कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया आई है। जिसमें उन्होंने राहुल गांधी के उस बायन पर पलटवार किया, जिसमें वे लंदन की कैंब्रिज यूनिवर्सिटी में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान देश की बीजेपी सरकार की कड़ी आलाचना कर आए थे। उस दौरान राहुल गांधी ने सरकार के काम-काज पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा दिया था, कि देश में ऐसे हालात पैदा हो गए हैं, कि यहां पर जैसे किसी ने मिट्टी का तेल छिड़क दिया हो। उनके ऐसे बयान पर बीजेपी ने भी उन्हें जम कर आ़ड़े हाथ लिया।

Also, legally speaking the federal structure of our Constitution is vastly different from the federal structure of the Constitution of the United States of America. The US Constitution is follows Con-federalistic structure, it is a confederation of states, ie states came together, formed an agreement and recognized it as their Constitution, binding them together.
The US has one Federal Constitution, but each State in the US also has a Constitution of it's own along with Judicial structure, i.e, their is a federal court and then there are Supreme Courts, High Courts in every State separately.
In India, in our Constitution we adopted an amalgamation of US's federalistic and UK's Unitary features, which makes the Indian Constitution a unique blend of both the extremes. Indian Constitution is a Quasi-federal Constitution Or Partly unitary and partly federal Constitution.
So, who ever is tutoring Rahul Gandhi, please read some books on Constitutional Law before citing any Article of Our Constitution.
Ironically, Rahul Gandhi's understanding of the Constitution is in juxtaposition with that of Indira Gandhi's, as she was able to viscously manipulate the provisions to suit her whims and fancies; or probably she had better tutors.
