DEF is a school with professionally trained students around the world, St 319 are just professional dancers, and Waveya are two self taught girls who learn on their own. They are ALL amazing, I'm just amazed at how all 3 of these groups have made a HUGE impact on the K-dance world and how committed they all are, I wish they could all come together for one of the best dance covers this world would ever see! the question is, what song would it be?
the differences between Def Dance, St. 319 and Waveya is, Def Dance is a school, when people join to learn how to dance, St. 319 and Waveya is a club that people joining because of the same hobby, St. 319 mostly a professional, while Def dance is a "student".. mark my word, "student" different class lads.. appreciate them!
Just by watching 2 videos, i could take a conclusion that this dance school emphasizes to the power and cohesiveness a lot. It it super cool but i do think the soul of the song also needed. Showing that 'i love this song' too besides 'i will show the best movement' gives the vibe for the viewers :) *my opinion
I see u on other def skool videos, i understand that u feel they put too much power, but u do know that this cover is to promote their skool and its also a monthly test for the students, if theyre not good theyre out in a blink. So theyre doing their best to impress the instructors and get chosen to be in a good company when the auditions opens.
Def skool partners up with a lot of big companies and also small ones, these students are trying hard to get picked from a whole bunch to go audition even in the beginning of the video it says student's monthly test. They upload on youtube to promote the school As for st 319 are just a bunch of trained dancers doing covers on youtube and travel around to promote their group.
Still prefer the other dance covers dancers tho. Was expecting a quality. Dancers from 'Sistar - Touch My Body' was much more better than this. But overall still it's good! Keep it up! :)
i really liked the cover bt I felt like the girl that was dancing as Younji was trying too hard or maybe thts just the way she dances.....it looked bad to me...just my opinion other than tht everythin else was good

I wouldn't call them professional but a club. The technique is completely different between the two.

Well ST.319 aren't trained dancers. That's why they lack the basic techniques.
