We should be careful on money usage,if you are not spending to earn back, then stop spending.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian.

I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommend Mr Brian Nelson. I met him at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.

Coming from a family of realtors...I can tell you there's no such thing as 4.7%. The lowest was 6% and my parents always either cut their commission or used some of it to help the buyer with down payment. It's the reason they stayed in business for 30 years.
My sister is a broker in Arizona, brother in Park City Utah and nephew in Idaho, all realtors.
With house prices being as high as they are means realtors get paid 40 grand to do practically NOTHING is Outrageous!!! That's an entire year paycheck for some. I'm glad they can't do that anymore. Realtors are thieves in my opinion

LOWER realtor commissions. Zero-talent people that FOR THE MOST PART contribute nothing meaningful. They just open the front door

The multiple offers depend on the home and if it has an assumable Morgage.

If they weren't like car salesman.... I wish that were true. Shopping for a car is nightmare, I've walked off the lot number times due to the pressure from salesman. Same with housing..

We need to find out how much property Real Page has business with landlords out here as well. Apartments and homes to rent.
They're proven and in the middle of a lawsuit for overpricing their listed properties 12%+ in Phoenix now.

Scummy behavior from lazy people. I know a realtor that makes $20k per month, essentially because she's pretty.

I am a real estate agent and there are so many negative comments about us. Commissions are negotiable there are agents that will list your house for $199, homie is a big discount brokerage, some agents will give you a 50% rebate on their commissions. The commissions are not fixed. We do live in a free market society you CAN sell your house without a real estate agent you can do For Sale By Owner. So at the end of the day the consumers do have choice. Real Estate is a tough litigious industry with alot of liabilities and costly mistakes. Professionals who know what they are doing, do cost more money. When listing or now buying there are cheap options, middle of the road options and expensive options. Do what works best for you and your family! Good luck out there.

Almost every member of my family are real estate agents with the exception of my sister who's a broker. It's true some agents aren't as greedy as most but with house prices being as high as they are, it's flat out robbery to pay an agent 40 grand even for a difficult sale. That's insane!!!!. Surgeons don't make that much on one patient and they deserve it more. It means someone has a 40k loan attached to their home they'll be paying for 30 years. 5k is one thing but no agent works hard enough to get that much in one transaction. I'm glad there was a lawsuit over that. It's criminal to make that much. And 40k is still on the low end. A realtor can make more than 100k on one house that didn't require more than a few signatures.

@@StompMom5 Why pay an agent 40k if you don't want to? Go to a discount brokerage for 5k they are out there, nobody has to pay 40k. No one is forcing anyone to pay anything. Those sellers shouldn't sign the paperwork to work with an agent they don't want to work with. How about they do it themselves. I had a listing where I was competing with another agent who was only going to charge 3k flat listing fee. They told these seller they could sell their house for 500k fast, I was the second person they interviewed, they decided I was worth the extra money with the services that I provided, which were cleaning their house, having items in the house fixed, having my carpet cleaner clean the carpets, my cleaner deep cleaned the house and helped them declutter and stage the home. Imagine... they were tickled pink when I sold their house for 730k, making them 230k over the discount agent. They thought fee was worth every penny and have referred me to countless other people. Agents are here to help people like in this example from making costly mistakes. But the point of the matter is people have the choice to work with an agent or not. There is no set fee to work with an agent again always has and always will be negotiable.

    4.9%? Maybe in the 80’s. I’ve sold a few house since 2006 and it’s been 6-7%.
