Will Smith’s Revenge Pattern Started 31 Years Before Jada & Chris Rock | Life Stories By Goalcast

  • When Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars, it caused a worldwide reaction and it seemed like everyone had an opinion on it - except Chris.
When his Netflix special, Selective Outrage, was announced, everyone was waiting for Chris’s response on what had happened. In it, Chris suggested that Will slapped him instead of the person he was really mad at - his wife. But there’s something even Chris missed.
When Will interviewed his wife Jada Pinkett Smith about her cheating allegations with August Alsina on Red Table Talk, the term ‘entanglement’ became an instant meme and the media latched on to Will’s public humiliation, but Will’s pattern goes beyond Chris and Jada.
Between the headlines, there are three huge conflicts with women that show how Will’s years of lashing out at the wrong person were all building towards the slap.
What do you think of Will Smith’s pattern? Is Chris Rock right to refuse his apology?

I think that depends on the relationship. It doesn’t always have to be the end of a marriage or relationship.
But in will and jada’s situation, it would have been a done son for me. But that’s not just because she cheated on him with his sons best friend. But other factors as well.
She’s in love with a dead man and obviously speaks of it soooooooo much that willow wrote a letter to Tupac (Tupac had been DEAD for a hot min) asking for him to come back because mommy misses him and wants her to be happy and him coming back is what will make her happy! Wth?!!
Like how much do you speak of a dead man that was never yours like that anyhow, to where your little child not only writes a letter to this dead man speaking of them making your mommy happy but that the note was kept as a memento too for the whole world to see including your husband and that child’s father!
That’s some kind of mine fu**ery right there man! Willow never even saw Tupac when he was alive and yet wrote a whole damn letter like a child would write to Santa Claus!
And then she clowns Will publicly all the time. Not only with the August entanglement thing but also in other videos where she talks shit to him and about him to the whole world, etc.
I mean Will has stated divorce ain’t an option. Usually that’s a good thing but I think he says that because one, he left his first wife for Jada! He can’t just be letting the relationship go so he can be told, “I told you that crap wouldn’t work out” or “two failed marriages, what did YOU do.” Etc etc or something like that by other people who told him not to leave his first wife for Jada and that Jada was crazy and NOT the one. He didn’t listen.
And two, he knows she’s in love Tupac and always has been in love with him. I think in his mind he believes if he just keeps sticking it out and letting her do whatever she wants that, just maybe one day Jada will just love him back as much as she loves still a dead man- Tupac. If he can just do more and more and more to show he loves her then maybe she will reciprocate that love back. Sadly, it doesn’t work that way with narcissists.
Three, Will also has stated that he comes from a broken home and didn’t want his kids to grow up that way. I get that. I’ve been in a ruff marriage for 22 years. Good times and really really bad times (no cheating issues just other things) and I understand not wanting to split your family up as statistically speaking, kids in homes with both parents do better in life. It’s just facts.
And lastly, four, he comes from a religious background (can’t say if his faith is genuine now after hollyweird but he raised under it) and we see marriage as a forever thing and divorce a sin when not divorcing under the only 2 allowed reasons. So I’m sure his upbringing under God has a lot to do with it too. The only two allowed divorce reasons (in NT) is if you’re a believer and your partner isn’t, the unbelieving partner wants to leave then you are to let them. And the only other reason is, sexual immorality. But it does say to separate first and work things out and come back together, even with these two reasons. You’re supposed to try to work it out and reconcile.
So I would say Will should have been left Jada, he should have never messed with her anyhow. He was already married and lusting over Jada. Broke his marriage for her and this is what he’s been given. He fell from his faith in actions that’s for sure and I don’t even recognize a Christian in him at all at this point.
But to say, all marriages should end immediately for cheating cuz it’s not with fighting for, I can’t say I agree with that 100%. It would have to take both people taking a separation, therapy and a willingness to work thru it. Sometimes losing your partner forever is more devastating than working thru the hurt caused. It can be done if both people work hard on it. It’s not for everyone tho, it takes a super super super strong person and an immense amount of love to want to stay and work it out with someone who’s cheated on you. It takes more strength and power to stay, than to leave. I’d honestly say if my husband of 22yrs (23 in Nov) cheated on me, say tomorrow and I found out. I would be pissed and deeply hurt. I would separate (we’ve done that 2 times in our relationship) and take some time to pray and calm down. But I honestly would try and work it out. I’ve been with him more than half my life and he’s the father of my kids. People are human and mistakes are made all the time. Cheating isn’t the only hurtful thing someone can do to you. We’ve worked out so many other issues that I’m sure we could work on that too.
Therapy would be mandatory, no exceptions, so we could figure out the root issue/s that got us to that point. And I say us, because it’s never one sided in a relationship, usually speaking. Sometimes the person who cheated always was and is a horrible person (run far from them and fast, they don’t care about you-like Jada doesn’t care about Will and never did or will care). For my husband tho, that would be unheard of for him to do that and something deeply wrong has come up in our marriage to have him step outside and vice versa. But it would be worked on before divorce or leaving permanently is on the table. I hope that makes sense. But that would also be a only ticket and still contingent on the circumstances surrounding the cheating. One time, one woman, where, why, with whom, how etc etc. if a serial cheater thing along with constant disrespect like Jada be doing Will, that would be a closed book.
I will give Will credit there, he worked it out but just in a way that won’t give them results he needs to continue on much longer and keep his sanity. He loves that girl with all his heart. She just don’t love him back at all tho. Will was her rebound to get over pac and it didn’t work. Now he’s in too deep and too long to leave in his mind. He’s put in all this effort over all these years. He just needs to leave because Jada ain’t never going to love him more than she does the dead.

I bought Will's book. I've personally experienced similar situations, therefore, I feel Will Smiths pain. A lot of people talk about what he should or shouldn't do...leaving out the man who poked the bear. This doesn't give him the right to hit Chris. However it would have been avoided if Chris would have been prepared for the show instead of winging it. For example, Chris had access to this information to avoid picking him as comedic material. Everyone and their Mother knew Augustina made a song called entanglement about Jada. Will had to use a lot of energy to even show up with his personal issues being public.
I always say this. Emotional intelligence (which is what Chris lacks) is key. Both of them were wrong. I would encourage anyone who reads this to put themselves in Wills shoes. Don't respond with what you wouldn't do....but let us know an alternative on what you would have done. I've always had this guy as suspect #1 for the still unsolved murder of 2Pac Shakur. Not physically with his own hands ,but the orchestrator. Everybody knows that 2Pac thought Smith was soft and he seriously and jokingly let Jada AND Smith know it. AND Smith knew that as long as 2Pac was in this world Jada would NEVER consider marrying him. Exactly 1 year after 2Pac was killed, they got married.

This is a good video, Thank you for sharing, now I hope more than ever that Will Smith finds a way to get over his pain... its horrible how ppl hurt each other ( as in his high school sweetheart). So so cruel of Jada to play with Will's emotions the way she has done, what a heartless human being, clearly she knew how he was hurt n dwelled on it...😥 I hope Will finds a way out if this weird marriage he's in, I understand he'll lose alot of money but it's also not easy when yr other half slowly kills you !!!!!

It is not an apology when you do it in front of an audience. That includes on video. If Jada didn't want attention why did she shave her head and wear a HUGE green dress? It isn't the public's responsibility to know about her Alopecia. She has to point out the spot where it is located.

As for that chris incident I'm sure prior will told him in person to stop and just like the small kids at school who think they can say and do whatever they want no consequences took will for a panzy.

I know what rage and the propensity for violence looks like...I grew up in a ridiculously violent environment...my father was a narcissistic drug addict who liked to beat women...like they were men themselves. It made me and all my siblings violent...subtle, quiet, not confrontational, but ragefully violent when driven to that point. I see that in Will and his struggle to contain it because I know, especially these days, people will keep hitting that nerve until they get a throat punch, then they are calling the police. I once told my hs counselor about a bully, and I told her if it doesn't stop, im going to stop it myself. They didn't believe me, and she got more than slapped a week later. Will is a ticking fawking timebomb, and that slap was tip of the iceberg.

I am Chris Rock supporter all the way. I used to like Will but I can't stand a weak man...not one bit I was so disappointed in Will when he sat there and let Jada emasculate him OMG it was pathetic and when she called her affair and entanglement I was done 😮😮 she never loved Will she loved The GREAT TUPAC!

This is the second time Chris made personal attacks against Jada on the same stage. It’s so okay to excuse Jada’s disrespect . Will actions had nothing to do with that women. And everything to do with watching his mother being beaten and not being able to stop it. Jada is the real victim and being treat as a villain .
