I did everything step by step and then when I try to generate a KeyStore in the Android Settings, the load icon just keeps spinning. So I tried to delete everything in my Google account and start over and it's still doing the same thing.

I think Apple is very strict about in-app purchases that's why they don't promote you redirecting your users outside your app just to buy your products. This may cause your app to be rejected and you can't publish it from the AppStore.
As the Creative Founder of a new social (community) business, I have identified BuddyBoss as the product to use to create our social media community. Most of our end users will be viewing and uploading to the community on their phones rather than on their computers, so the mobile app is of paramount importance to us. We are just a team of two, neither of us developers nor coders, but both knowledgeable enough in WordPress webdesign. We know nothing about APIs, certificates, identifiers, and every other technical term used in your video. And neither of us uses Apple computers or phones. Watching this video was a revelation - and not of the thrilled kind. Are we going to need developers who understand the Apple store and the Google store? Developers who have developer accounts?
