Tata cars are too good.
But Very very worst service, after my first service battery was dead, i purchased in nov 2023, within one month battry issues in my tata nexon, and taken into tuticorin tata service center in 16th dec 2023. And they kept in water logging area. After heavy flood was happened in tuticorin 18th dec 2023 my entire car was spoiled by them in flood.
Dont buy any products in tuty tata derik dealer.
Worst customer service support.
And still now they are not allowing me to see my vehicle.
And service center manager saran babu, & ganesa moorthy, is behaving in a very rude way.
I entered into service center and found my vehicle in fully sinking condition.
Even if i kept it in home, i can save it in a proper way. i lost 15 lakhs, i asked more than 3 days about my vehicles, and got the reply as vehicle is in safe condition.
Still they refused to see my vechile atleast.
More than 10 new vehilces spoiled by this derik tata service center thoothukudi.
I have all recorded voice calls. But still i dont know how to recover my vechile, i used only 2500km. Really pathetic experience. This is my first car.
Please Dont go with tata derik tuty, tirunelveli, kovilpatti. All are trying to cheat the innocent customers.😢😢😢
You can claim the warranty for the battery. But for flood, it's a disaster what they do. Most of the tata services are franchises. If 10 cars at the time of flood, service owner also affected and also car owners.

Dear Mr.mohan sir. Please tell abt the engine refinement. Nexon is having one of worst engine refinement...
In this price range better suggest the hundai venue and kia sonnet diesel engine, both are having Best engine refinement. While i test drive nexon i can't hear the music sound while going 3000rpm, 90kmph. Also heavy vibration. Even that car was 4000km runned new car. For new car that much vibration means with in 3years all plastic will give more vibration. Please highlight this issue then only tata will look on it. 5star rating only not enough for driving.
