I really like Salvage and Barrier Statue in this deck. Some of this deck's boards are hard to break and Salvage sometimes lets you rebuild them for free. In addition, a one-card Barrier Statue recursion (Salvaging Tremora as well, of course) is huge when the Field Spell is already weakening whatever they summon. If they're only getting a Normal Summon and it's losing 1000-1500 ATK right away, it can be pretty hard to break through, making the Curse lockdown even more durable!
I just put Icejades back together a couple days ago. I like how much Ran helps the deck in terms of getting into the Synchro monster and locking the opponent's effect monsters (while being treated as the field spell).
I run icejades too as a control build with a tech cards like number 103 ragnazero using the icejade field spell and burden of the mighty 😂 and that new icejade monster that takes the name of the field spell helps keep the skill drain lock in place😂

How do you summon the lvl 8 synchros?
wish more vids had combo lines so i can learn what the end board etc should be.

too bad aegiro cassis can only use 1 effect so the play where you keep ran and the synchro was illegal
