I went to Shiseido Parlour in a dress made from hand-sewn obi fabric

I had lunch at Shiseido Parlour wearing a dress made from obi fabric that I had sewn.
I made my debut when I was 16 in Shiseido's fall campaign "Swaying Gaze," and the photographer who took the poster was Yoshinobu Jumonji. I had lunch with Sakae Tomikawa, who has been involved in Shiseido's makeup for half a century.
This time, please take a look at the dress I sewed from the obi I wore at that time.
Japanese clothing and textiles are elegant and profound yusoku crafts that make use of natural silk and are unparalleled in the world.
Demand is decreasing year by year (so you can get them at an affordable price!), but they are Japanese culture and art that must never be lost.
So I would like to explore how to make use of these unique and beautiful Japanese kimonos and obi from a new perspective in a way that suits the times.
