I know things have been very contentious between you and the twins dad. As you heal not that you need suggestions but if your willing to listen one big thing is to not say this side and that side or my side and the other side. It’s important for the twins to know that you and their dad are on the same side. If they are constantly hearing that they will forever feel caught in the middle as they grow older.
