Start using kalonji and curry leaves oil. Or onion and curry leaves oil ...It's helps a lot it makes the hair growth fast as well as stops greying too.

Hey, use coconut oil overnight and then use ketokonazol and zinc pyrithone shampoo on scalp(apply shampoo about 15 min before washing hair) and apply pronuries shampoo on ends. This was suggested by dermatologist to me. Hope it will work for you. Also include Moong sprouts and kiwi as the first thing in morning.
@@saumyapathak5865 you can find it online on Amazon and flipkart but it doesn't help that much in split ends. It just smoothen out the hair texture. For split ends I will suggest you to cut the hair a bit shorter and let it grow. But make sure you use oils on hair.

Also if your hair fall or texture is getting worse you can also consider taking fish oil capsule and biotin. (take this only if you are above 20 or so). I had an itching problem in my scalp then I tried a paste of garlic, onion, neem leaves and curry leaves paste and cook on gas it with coconut oil when the paste turn brown turn off the gas and then separate the oil from the paste and use it from the next day. If u wanna try definitely u like it.

u can use amla, shikakai and henna in your hair care routine, but u will need to use them regularly to see results.
There's no has hibiscus powder here. But there's original hibiscus flowers. How can I use them?
yes you can... either crush fresh hibiscus flower or dry the hibiscus flower for few weeks and make it into a powder.. :)
