I believe you have to be fully proficient in 2 languages used in Switzerland (1 of those in area you will be working, so in German part - sprechen Deutsh)
Hello thank you for your content its good I was a professional anesthetist in my country Ethiopia and have worked for almost 4 years and now i just moved to swiss so please can you help me find my way to start my career as nurse anesthetist 🙏🥰 And how can i have a 1 year experience in swiss when they don’t allow to work in my current profession
Hello. Sorry to disappoint you but you need to go through the recognition process. Since you are not a nurse, they will not just switch you to a nursing anaesthetist. My advice to you would be to contact MEBEKO on what you should do to be recognised as an anaesthetist then start from there. Not easy but very possible 🤛🏾

You only have to be proficient in the language spoken where you live. Learning two is a plus of course.
Hi, does switzerland have nurse practitiner profession, for example family nurse practitioner or acute care nurse practitioner.
Yes, it is a new concept here and therefore the practitioners still have to be linked to a doctor.
