• wake up at 6 am (early)
• wash face/brush teeth
• drink water
• water plants
• chill time
• eat breakfast
• watch tv/ tablet
• prepare for online classes ( if holiday then bacially do anything I want)
I need to start being productive :>

• wake up at 6 and turn off alarm
• sleep again
• wake up at 8
• watch youtube
• eat
• watch youtube
• and then I be stupid

I have classes at 7:15pm, and before online I needed to wake up at 5:45 or 6 if I’m lucky to get ready to reach there
In the uk 0900 am is about the normal time... but defo no earlier than 8!
Same like for online I wake up 6:30 am then school starts 7:40 and end at 2:00
the editing is EVERYTHING and i’m still 30seconds in!! 🤩

I recommend you to find your own ways to trick your brain, because using someone else's tips sometimes only works on a short term basis
Just suggestion, take your time to relax and doing some meditation

This is my morning routine:
-Wake up from my 7am alarm, and turn it off, then go back to sleep
-Wake up to my 7:30 am alarm, turn it off, and go back to sleep
-Wake up around 8 or 9
-Eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch
-Check my emails for my online classes
-Ignore it
-Pull up something I need to work on, then go on my phone
-Miss classes
-Do the same thing for the rest of the day
