Posting every single VOD back to back is an awful idea, that just ruins the potential viewership for all the videos at once. And it's not like hiring a new person would do anything there, if Smant wanted videos posted more often he would just ask them to do so (assuming its not him)

Smant you are the most frustrating hider to watch. You spend ages getting into an amazing spot, stay there for about three milliseconds and then leave. If you're allowed to hide behind the crates in the alcove in Cap, the manhole in Metro should have been fine.

So Twitch VODS only stay on twitch for a certain amount of time. So my guess is Smant takes the ones about to get taken off and puts them on UA-cam so that people can still watch them.
