I like your recipe. I have been making breaded veal cutlets for many many years (I’m 67) and today I thought I would check out UA-cam and watch some other people making veal cutlets. I have learn a few things. I loved watching you actually taste your finished product. I am sorry but you made me laugh watching your reaction when you tasted your veal. I’m not try to make fun, you looked like you were really enjoying your bite 😉.
I was interested to see you adding salt to the flour, salt to the eggs, and salt to the bread crumbs! I like added flavour of salt but folks with high blood pressure it’s not really a good idea, unless it’s the only thing I eat today with any sodium in it 😂
I am going to try the extra salt because it will definitely add to the final flavour.
Hey I only eat these cutlets a few times a year so I will probably survive. I’ll just eat straight oats for a few days and I’ll be right back to normal 😂
    Thanks for your tips

Nice. I usually make Wiener Schnitzel, but I'll try this. Leave to the Italians to add a couple layers of style and flavor.

I usually make these using pork instead if veal. Take a thin cut boneless pork chop and pound it thin. It has so much more flavor than veal and is much cheaper. Never have a problem finding the pork as well. Finding veal is iffy!

I sometimes add some grated Parmesan in the Crumb mix Maria ....seems to work....I am going to get some Italian Seasoning to add to the recipe...which I haven't used before. Many thanks Maria.

@@nickdeliso7026 There are no mushrooms in this recipe, you might be thinking of veal marsala. I'll do that recipe in another video!

I know that veal needs long time to cook...how come you cooked it shorter almost than fish ??? Is there special part of veal that has to be asked for or what???

You can find thinly sliced veal cutlets at most grocery stores. Because they’re so thinly sliced, they cook quickly!

I like this recipe I tasted great but the problem I had when I was cutting on the veal the breading came off separately. All the ingredients are spot on but I think I'm going to cut it into bite size pieces to prevent this from happening. If you have any recommendations to prevent this from happening please let me know

Have your meat dry thoroughly with paper towels before applying the egg wash and breading. Any moisture will make it more likely to separate from the meat. Hope that helps and happy cooking!
