Hisense secret Code to advanced service settings to check for defect!

In in the process of putting in a claim to hisense and they have told me about this unique code to get to the advanced service settings to complete a test pattern on the TV to check if the problem is occurring all the time.
Has anyone else had this problem and got it fixed under warranty????

Yes. It will work. I have the 55U8k and this works. Please understand by accessing the hidden menu it will return your TV to out of the box factory settings. Hope this helps.

I can't leave this Menu set up. What do I do? I've powered off but it still comes back when it comes on.

Unplug from power or press exit.

If the TV remote changes it may not work on newer models, it will be something different, sounds like a cool remote! If worried just call hisense they will tell you how to do it!
