Freddie: we try and limit our sons screen time Also Freddie: sometimes I like to watch 2 videos at the same time. Haha. Just playin man. Congrats on everything, you’re an inspiration.
I don't care how long they are Freddie I love watching you man, the music, the gear, and everything. Also you need a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for your computer tower. Next time the power goes out or everything resets in your house you won't have a problem. Once you spend enough on your computer you just need a UPS.
I love how you were able to organize your studio, nice and clean. however, my best friend, paint those walls. congrats on the son whoioooooohioooooo!!!~!!!
i would, but i have a few. maybe just my main rig. but it might be too boring. ha. maybe i can do a video on just computers in general and how i utilize it for multimedia creation.
Chopping on the the MPC2xl ..Instead of sampling a phrase and then chop into pieces ..Sample the parts you want (on the fly) and assign to a pad...The workflow is basically Manual real-time chopping
yeah i understand. but sometimes i don't know how i want to chop a sample until i play around with the chops from a whole phrase. so right now, i've been sampling a lot of one shots, but i'll figure something out where it's time efficient, and i'm happy with it.
yeah i figured so. but sometimes it won't even read those files, i may be converting audio files wrong, but also i don't want to spend a lot of times sitting and converting files, so i'll just sample the sample directly into the mpc.
i'm not sure if it's our building, or our unit. i don't think it's the power company, because the rest of our unit is fine when it happens. but i have all my equipment on a few power conditioners, but what's weird is it's only certain pieces of gear that will reset, and they're on different plugs in the wall too. so i'm not sure, but i've never had any issues until recently, so i don't know. i'll eventually invest in a good ups, mainly for my computers and networking stuff.
@@freddiejoachim Sounds like it could be a specific circuit and the current draw of those certain pieces could very well exceeding the available amount of power. Computer PSUs for example can draw a lot of current.
I seldom see your gadgets still in the same place you always change them doesn't it bother you when you work you get used to something in one place and suddenly find it in another it's annoying to me
i'm constantly moving the studio around. i think i'll truly never been satisfied with things in their place. sometimes my workflow changes, so i have to move things to the side, and put other things readily available. i feel it's bad at times, but also could be a little ocd thing, where i need to change things around.

What scripts do you use to utilize your Maschine MK3 with Ableton 11?
Mpc2000xl only reads 16bit sounds .Anything over that MPC wont read

Think you might have a problem brother. lol
Power failures in relation to your power company or its psu? Everything of importance in your studio should be on an power conditioner and ups.
