Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs
ok so once you buy it, then what is there to do while you are there? I bet there's a lot of bugs to bother you while you're there by yourself getting bored. At least you can play your banjo really loud. Perhaps grow some weed, make moonshine, etc.
Slow the video down, do a proper video walkthrough tour. Also, if it doesn’t sell quickly, do some landscaping. $200k of shrubbery would be game changing there
New homes need to adjust to the times. Home solar energy and battery storage are now more common. Electric vehicles are becoming more popular every year. Every garage should include a 220 volt outlet and electric vehicle charger. Electric heat pumps, electric clothes dryers, electric stove tops and ovens are all available. Every new home and business should install a rain water collection and storage system along with solar panels. Even in areas where rain is infrequent it is crazy to waste the little rain that does fall and waste it. We need to stop planting green lawns and switch to local native plantings around homes. It is crazy to plant lawns and build golf courses in dry desert areas. We waste too much water and electricity. the future is electric. Wind and solar energy along with electric vehicles are the future. Stop using fossil fuels. There is a climate crisis.
Plot looks promising, unfortunately the house complex..yuck.. rip it down start again. Bland, boring, beige... a little imagination you could have had a generational homestead , instead you got a few barns that offer protection from the elements. 2/10.
Beautiful home and I love everything about it

8 million remember what fonzi from happy days said he told people sit on it !!!
What is the crazy selling price of this home and property? Please comment back thank you
All i imagine is a bear breaking in while I am sleeping
It's so expensive they don't even tell you anything about it. If you have this kind of money you will be able to get ahold of someone
Yeah what's the price? 800 acres lol
$7.9M Tellico Plains Tennessee
You would think with all that money, somebody could plant some grass in the yard.
Probably so snakes stand out better.
I hate mowing the grass. I would rather have pea gravel and new plants.
The gravel is better in case of forest fire.
The only place grass is good is where animals are grazing
@@thenarrator1984huh

Yes, it looks like a strip mine.
Too contemporary. Why do new homes look like a child has been playing with blocks?
