Thanks. I'm not entirely certain I wanna have rod holders on the sides. Seems like I'd want them angled back and they would be hard to reach. Was thinking maybe using one of mounts behind the seat for a twin pole mount, and the opposite side, the Scotty flush mount anchor setup. I will have to measure my canoe and see if the 16x16 would work in it as well. Does it rub anywhere from being snug against the sides or seat? Thanks
The hand pump is really a non-factor. If you are paying $1400 for a kayak, you shouldn't be cutting corners by not buying a proper electric pump. Why drive yourself into the ground by being cheap at such a critical juncture? Sure, the supplied hand pump is fine...but the air mattress pump is a joke throw in. $100 will net a fine auto shutoff rechargeable/DC pump. Sure, if you are on a tight budget...but this is not a tight budget boat, so...
Totally. It is a killer boat! Just requires a few accessories. I appreciate that you and other content providers gave it a go though! Wore me out before I went right to ordering a proper pump. :D
The big question....16x16 or 13x16 crate for behind the seat of the IATAK?
@@vooduuchild3601 my 16x16 fits without the rod holders attached to the sides but not when the rod holders are installed on the sides

Only with the rod holders on the side!
Resolution sucks
👍🏼thanks for letting me know it’ll be better in future videos
One is a kayak, the other is a SUP. Not good comparison.
🤷🏻♂️
