You should try making cold brew in your French press! I add 1/2 cup of coffee beans and 4 cups of water in mine. Then I stir it and leave it in the fridge over night.
The blue light glasses worked for me! I used to have floaters in my right eye and they are now almost completely gone. Only took a few months to reverse the damage! Hold on tight to those glasses!

If you haven't thought of it yet, you could always use a blue light filter on both your phone and laptop. There will be a slight orange hue but if that doesn't bother you then it should help with the blue light with the screens.
