Materials: 3mm single strand cotton string, painters tape, scissors, pantyhose or headband, hot glue, optional: felt, rotary cutter, self healing mat.

Yes! I will do my best to get to this tomorrow. You basically just need 3mm string and a nylon headband or a pair of nylon tights that you can cut into strips. And then a hot glue gun to assemble it.
