Ethan, I appreciate this virtual tour very much. Thanks!
Great tour Ethan! It is a shame that house could not be saved. I loved both black and white bathrooms. Many of the rooms had good sunlight. The house had a nice vibe to it. 😊
i like this place, it has a lot of charm!
i have one of those built in cutting boards but mine has a 'button' handle. It's an incredibly convenient piece in a kitchen.
Thank you Ethan!
Only 3 bedrooms. Like this house is very much. How old are these explorations? You said in your extro almost 89 k subscribers. You have over 105 k now. Thanks for sharing this cute house. Be safe and healthy. Blessings Ethan. 🤗
This house likely dates back to the late 1930s, as evidenced by the horizontal baseboard electrical outlets and baseboard heating registers present. It appears that they remodeled at some time and installed new heat registers on the inside walls. I could not see your friend James' link in the description. Thank you for all the home tours, Ethan. I have been following you for about 3 and 1/2 years now.👍🤠
It’s a very modern form though. The 2 car garage 2 story snout house didn’t really emerge until the 1980s and 1990s. I’d be shocked if it was from the 30s. Honestly I’m shocked it’s from the 40s tbh
@@LucasFernandez-fk8se i CAN ALREADY TELL--1949 WOULD BE A CORRECT DATE OF BUILD ON THIS HOUSE. THE ENTRY WAY ALONE VERY TYPICAL OF THE POST WWII ERA.
I love how you point out the little things That strike your fancy. This is a fantastic channel keep up the good work
what a gem for a 75 year old home I hope that they come back for that beautiful stereo gram they did the right thing by wrapping it up in plastic also the home was lovely loved the tiles it had that 40s look but a great video and thank you Ethan for documenting these homes and mansions before they get knocked over see you in the next video
Great job, Ethan!
Ive watched all the rest, and you guys are the best.. you blow my mind how you know so much about the details . Thanks ..
Nice house tour...
I didn't know that the 40's style was this good!
Quality materials everywhere.
Nice blue bathroom upstairs.👌
Arno
Nice one here Ethan. Love the pink rooms and floral wallpaper. Thank you for not opening the fridge Ethan. Ugh! Always bugs me when there are locked doors in an abandoned house. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a beautiful classic house. Reminds me of houses in 1950s TV shows. What a shame to tear it down. Thanks for sharing.
I love the black, white & yellow bathroom!
Hello Ethan 👋Thank you for the great video 👍❤️😎
Upstairs bath is very cool.
The green wallpaper might give me nightmares 😅
Ceiling Fan looks like an Aeroplane Propeller 🛩️
Nevermind the house. Rocking the Depeche Mode t shirt is clutch
That wallpaper is wild!
Brilliant explore Ethan love those bathrooms upstairs The ex owners loved there colours loved the red
I like that place, it has old time class.
Ethan this home is beautiful love everything about it. For being an older home the bedrooms are big and having three bathrooms nice. Shame it will be torn down. Thank you for sharing.
That is a sweet house! I loved the 40’s!
Pink was popular in the 1940’s.
You do a great job n I love your taste for the 80's. That was my best times. Great job
the red inside of the cabinets and the the Japanese lantern in the basement room, reminded me of something my mom had told me.
at one point back in the 50's Japanese American decor was in vogue, and she said her and my father had had done up the living room in this style, in an apartment they lived in. it had red walls and black furniture. but to make a long story short, they were either moving, or got tired of it/ or it went out of style, and went to paint the walls white and no matter what they did the red paint kept bleeding through. I don't think primer was a thing back then, but I think they finally used some kind of shellac and were able to finally, get it to stop. I wish I had been around to have seen it. I love Japanese Art and decor. 🥰
Very cool 😎💯 explore that was probably a high end house 🏡🏠 in it's day
Why are all these houses are going to waste 😳
That's a super bad shame how any home can be demolished and made into big houses by the developer.😪
My thoughts are exactly the same way why demolish a great home and make like 4 homes on like a 6 acre lot. 😪
@@bridgetraveler7700more like 24 homes at 1/4 acres each which is larger than most house lots.
Ethan with these older homes I love the milkman cabinets, but along with that 10 to 1 chances with large amount of storage the families back in the day, probably canned their own food so you need the root cellar for the space that is needed for canning your own vegetables, meats, eggs and things for the winter just an FYI and heads up. Thank you for sharing you take care and be safe.🫶🏻🤠
I could be mistaken but in the laundry room where you said that door was an electric panel I believe that was an Ironing board, I've seen them before in older houses..I love the bathrooms and the built-in cabinets
if I'm not mistaken, I think those Ironing boards were designed by the same person who designed the Murphy bed
Ethan, you went up those stairs like an old man! What’s the deal with your legs hurting?
Quaint and quite quirky house. Good tour Ethan.
It's 😔 that they are going to demolished that nice beautiful 🏠
That's my style home 💯
Ethan Thank you for another great house video. Can't wait for the next one.
I love the restrooms and the kitchen, and I have the same cabinets in my kitchen. My house was built 1955. Thank you so much for the video. I appreciate it.🌻😊
They did a great job in the front hall wallpaper
Fun fact that my Grandma told me years ago about the red inside of the kitchen cabinets - it was supposed to repel ants!! She said that it didn't work in the slightest - even though she had painted her cabinets that way back in the 1940s.
I really like this house and it would be great to fix it back up again. Thanks Ethan 😊.
This was a really cool and interesting old home. I love the large rooms with great amount of natural light, and the details were awesome! Cool video! ✌️
wow a beautiful home. thanks for sharing . ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
The record player said "Hi-Fi"...for "high fidelity "
So excited!😁
Nice house i allways enjoy your videos. Like how you respect people's property. Thank you so much for sharing.❤
Man olderr than Me. Cant wait, dude.
It sucks they are tearing it down. I loved those bathroom floors.
Great house. Built well, layout is exactly what I’d need and want.
What a beautiful and quality built home.Love all of it ,nice size rooms, wallpaper, foors, doors, and bathrooms,so cool.No logical reason to destroy it for a less quality built home 👍❤️🇺🇸
What a great old house! The wall and floor tile in the upstairs bathrooms is back in style now, and people are paying big bucks to get that look!
I thinking that a elderly person lived in that house because of the handles in the bath tub. 🙂
Beautiful old home- those upstairs black and white bathrooms, two bathrooms in the 1040’s - upstairs! was beautiful. You’re right, a high end home in the 1940’s. good find.
Old houses are the best, they always have lots of closets and big rooms! This is a nice old home. See you next time Ethan ✌🏻
Thank you Ethan. Love the bathrooms.
Hi Ethan❤
Very interesting love when houses are not the white basic modern looking . Houses need character to be homes over houses . The memory's and story's this house holds stunning . Ty for sharing this gem xx
The stove is definitely 80s. My parents had one very similar back then.
Hey Ethan....in the 40s the bathrooms look so cold ...wouldn't dream of painting a ceiling red now days ....wallpapers crazy ...cool find tho ..thanks Ethan stay safe well and happy 💋
What a shame to destroy that house for a Mc mansion
Always LOVE your vids, this house looks beautiful but video is so dark, couldn’t see well, too bad.
Very enjoyable video to watch as are your others ❤️💯👍
👏👏👏thanks for showing us
They did well with these old houses
Big rooms not tiny rooms like yheyl have today. They also built them better.
The foyer w/ staircase so neato, retro term) but loving the wallpaper as there’s some things that give a 30s era feel, and some a little 40s. The bathrooms definitely have an early 30s look, even late 20s much forethought went into this nice home.Ethan, take care, the legs are your best friend,in the explores you do,treat yourself good, you deserve to👍✅Thanks for the tour😁
Ethan ! 💙
This wss definitely a high-end home for the time because of the bedroom sizes and the number of bathrooms. I like older homes.
Cool, amazing 😍
Your videos and Explorations are my favorite! You pay attention to such detail thank you for sharing all of these old places with us! No wonder your legs hurt , you're 6'4 buddy😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
That house is most definitely mid to late 1940s.....the "blonde" woodwork in the first bedroom is the same as the woodwork in my own home which was built in 1949. It's a shame that a home that was so well preserved for so many years is going to be demolished. Truly unfortunate.
Cool old house. Sorry to go there, but that basement reminds me of some sickie hiding someone in one of those rooms.
Nice 😊
❤ HI enjoy your videos
'Hi Fi'...was abbreviation for 'high fidelity'......common in 50's mainly and 60's......luv these old well built houses...too bad it's going away
Really cool wallpaper in Entry
Along with my last comment Ethan I looked up 1930s style cabinets here in the United States and they are basically the same as the 1940s so I don’t know exactly when this house was made but they pretty much look the same just as an FYI you need to look it up and see for yourself if you question it but anyways you take care and be safe and thanks for sharing🫶🏻🤠
BP house has an excavator (6 PLC) If you wanna do a fourth and final video of that house go fast it will be demoed next week I guess
Yet another perfectly functional quirky home razed to delete more history. It really is awful. As soon as I saw those sheles in the big bedroom I thought ‘model car display’ haha. Nice ceiling fans too. Great explore though Ethan
That is one colorful house
looks like they updated, dude. What ya think?
Nice house, you can see how much these people took care of it, too bad it’s going😅❤ to
Love it
Old 🏘 ❤

Helllooo👋Ethan
🏘️
I love your finds. I absolutely love your taste in the older styles.... I grew up in the 70's & 80's. Keep on keeping on... You bring me joy

♥️
Looks like it was broken up into apartments.
Red in Kitchens was a 40s Thing
This isn’t a mansion by any stretch of the imagination.
Love the bathrooms
I'm watching the headline says Abandoned crime scene mansion did you say what type crime?
It's older then 75 years
👍🆒
look like it been up grated though the years, like the tolet ect
that is a old house😊
Hamilton
This was a nice house this house has decent size rooms not bad to be 75 years
