What a great learning information video Kelly! I always like the way you think outside the box! What a cool business as well. For $20 you can’t beat a lesson like that to feel so much more comfortable going and playing these different games. I have never played Pai Gow but feel like it’s super easy and fun and I am ready to try! Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much! It really is pretty easy once you actually sit down but definitely intimating if you don't know. And yes, Casino Quest is so cool! I wish I had known about it before. Definitely a place to go in Las Vegas...only $20 to play for an hour!! What a bargain!
I played Face Up Pai Gow at Red Rock. I had a blast! Those videos will be out soon.

you had a hand with three pair. you used a pair of tens as your secondary hand and pair 8s and 5s for your high hand. when you have 3 pair do you have to use the highest cards? i am just making sure. it is prob obvious because you used the 10s as low hand but just checking. thanks
Good video But, I guess I was lost by not knowing the values of each card , and WHY/how they lost or won I guess I’m a beginner-beginner. I was trying to figure out how he decided whether something was a loss or a win. ❤❤❤❤😢😂😂😂❤❤❤
Good Lord another game I'm gonna have to try now LOL.... It's simple and it's entertaining. I know they have it at my local casino. Thanks for the tutorial!
Even though I have played this game about 100 times I really enjoyed the video and hearing and watching them explain the game, great video and hope to see more just like it!
LOL! I was watching live stream when Steven was there and met you all! Great informational stream! This was the first table game I played back when I first started going to the local Indian casino in San Diego. I would play with friends for like 6+ hours. It's a cool chill game where you don't lose as fast and vice versa. The side bets are worth it.
It depends. On Face Up, the dealer pushes with an Ace High Pai Gow. There is a side bet that pays on a dealer Ace High Pai Gow but I personally don't think it's a great bet.
I saw SL and Lucky Lee try this game, I think I finally figured it out for sure with this video. It's like some combination of High Card flush and Omaha Hi/Lo. I would probably still need help for the more complicated hands to make sure I was getting maximum value out of them. Thanks Kelly! I will try this game someday. :-)
Very cool! I am glad it helped! That is exactly what I am going for. I filmed a few Face Up Pai Gow videos at Red Rock casino and since it was my first time playing with real money, it is very much in a "teaching" format as well. Hopefully after that one, you will be a pro!
@@BeyondBlackjack I think the only table games I've not watched/tried yet in a regular casino are 4 card poker, Cajun poker, and Pai Gow Tiles (besides PWP). In fact, i have not seen any YT content on those 3 games at all yet. Perhaps an 💡 lol
The #1 seat is to the left of the dealer not the right Also they reveresed low and high….. and you are supposed to see dealers cards first (this video is very outdated)
It depends on the house rules, usually the banker seat is seat 1. You can watch other videos where the 1 is counted at the dealer and the seat to the left, if you are facing the dealer is number 2. So dealers right is number 2. This game was not face up, so dealer cards are always shown last, they can only be exposed after all the players are done setting their hands. Once the dealer goes to expose their cards, no player is allowed to touch their cards. In reality, the dealer cards are exposed first, after all other hands are set, so you are seeing the dealer cards first. There are "Face Up" games that show the dealer cards first. It depends on the table rules.
This seems like an ace high table. The dealer would show their cards first and then you would set up your hand so that you can set it up to win or try to push. He didn’t teach it wrong but he just taught you regular paigow.
Yeah...it probably was. This was super last minute and they were very accommodating. We literally decided to do this within ten minutes of them closing.
CASINO QUEST COLLABORATION!!? RESPECT!!!! I love Alex and David
Roulette grapefruits!!
Omg! I love casino quest!!!
thank you for asking questions like an absolute beginner, appreciate it
Ive always been fascinated with pgp, and your channel first popped up. New sub. Be safe, and be well.
Welcome aboard!
I’ve tried to figure out Pai Gow while watching the game in casino but finally think I understand thanks to your video. Thanks!
Glad you got it. I also was very intimidated but it's actually really easy.
Thanks for sharing. ✌🏻👊
Never heard of this game looks pretty cool.
Love both you guys and Casino Quest

I love both of you clowns!!!!
I love face up Pai Gow
I filmed a few Face Up Pai Gow videos at Red Rock. They should come out in a couple of weeks. So much fun!
I love the guys at casino quest. Great to see them teaching.
Great collaboration!!! Love both channels! Would love to see more with you and Casino Quest!
For sure!! I have plans to go live with them next month!
Thank you for the nice reminder on how to play the game.
at 11:20 couldn’t he have used the joker as a spade for a flush instead of the straight?
Drunk friendly game loved it when i played this in Vegas just dont be like me i put way too much on the bonus each hand but we had fun
Pai Gow is my favorite table game. Can't wait to see you play it at a casino! Hope you win your first time! 🍀

Great class
@12:26 shouldn't that hand get paid the fortune bonus for having both a straight and a flush?
You only get one. The flush was the higher payout. If the straight itself was suited, then it would have been a straight flush and paid 50-1
Paw Gao looks really fun
It is!
Good video
But, I guess I was lost by not knowing the values of each card , and WHY/how they lost or won

❤❤❤❤😢😂😂😂❤❤❤
Best table game there is! Thanks for showing everyone how to play! Also the guys at Casino Quest are great, I watch there videos all the time.
Thanks. Alex and David are awesome. I'm looking forward to many more collaborations.
Good Lord another game I'm gonna have to try now LOL.... It's simple and it's entertaining. I know they have it at my local casino. Thanks for the tutorial!
Definitely try it!! I have a Face Up Pai Gow video coming out next week. It's super fun and really easy once you play.
Thank u.
Learned a lot. We have never played this. Thanks for the lesson!
Glad you learned some stuff. It's really fun.
Even though I have played this game about 100 times I really enjoyed the video and hearing and watching them explain the game, great video and hope to see more just like it!
Thanks Doug.
Great video. I learned alot about this game from another favorite youtuber!
Yay!!! That's always the biggest goal (for most of us content creators anyway) - that people walk away with a little bit of something!
17:46 how does queen ten push ace jack? Someone please explain
If the dealer has an Ace High Pai Gow, it's an automatic push.
I’m wondering the same because dealer did not have Ace High Pai Gow, he had a pair of queens at the bottom. Am I missing something?
explain the Ace high bet please?
Thanks Kelly & Casino Quest

It is definitely a fun game. I played Face Up Pai Gow the next day and I am hooked!
Does the JOKER played in this game? If so, can you explain. Thanks
The joker can act as a wild for a straight or a flush. If it can't help to give you a straight or flush, it acts as an Ace.
The dealer seems really smart 🤓 bi like how he explains things but F gambling 🤣
Another great tutorial! Well done take care fam!
Nice explanation of the game.
Glad you think so! I am really trying to do every single table game I can. I hope to get Baccarat in on the next visit.
I've always wondered how to play this game. Very easy to understand. Thanks for sharing this video. Casino Quest looks like a cool place.
Glad you enjoyed it!
hello what if the dealer’s card has an ace high w/ joker but the player card also has an ace high, how is the payment? thank u
does it belong to the payment for “dealer and player are ace high” or just dealer has ace high w/ joker? thank u for your response
It depends. On Face Up, the dealer pushes with an Ace High Pai Gow. There is a side bet that pays on a dealer Ace High Pai Gow but I personally don't think it's a great bet.
so the "low" hand isn't trying for "low" just the next best hand???
Exactly

I was you first on Not leaving Las Vegas, I will be going to do a lesson when I get there.
Definitely go!! It's such a great opportunity to learn and practice.
Your odds are better in terms of losses to wins:
remember strong head big behind.
I love Pai Gow!! I have sat at a table for like 8 hours before! I've never seen it where the joker didn't count as an Ace though! How did you like it?
I actually loved it!

Did you ever do one of casino quest 10 minutes blackjack videos?
Not yet. I am going to try and fit it in on the next trip! We do have plans to do some blackjack filming together.
The casino is just a dealer employer....but the dealers work for themselves. Trust me when I tell you the experience will be better if you tip.
I always tip.
They table layout doesn't include the hi/lo envy bonus bet which makes the game *FAR* more interesting. Very boring without those bets!
This was done at a dealer school so they don't have that stuff on the layout. Check out my Face Up Pai Gow videos from Red Rock for those bonuses.
A lot like 2-way Monte, no?
Don’t know that
I hope you can do more with the Casino Quest guys. Maybe play for real BJ or craps

Hey there
Pass
I still love ya 😘 😉
What's with the mask? You don't really buy into that stuff?
They were required at the time
@@BeyondBlackjack masks are never "required" they were "suggested".
The table looks cheap
Lol... it's a felt laid over a table at Casino Quest.
THUMBS DOWN...... for wearing the mask
Masks were required by law at the time. 🤪
This game is very hard to win, to me it’s wasted of time and money
Wearing masks is craaaaaazy
