Hello Dr. I have what they said is a “minor bulged disc between C6 and C7“. Resulting in a minor stenosis. My question is when the disc continues to heal and is finished healing and hopefully retreats will the stenosis also then be corrected?

Yes my bulged disc took about 6 months to feels completely better but then I was also dealing with Costochondritis pains afterwards so I went to multiple chiropractors and a couple physical therapists but then I found a chiropractor who also does deep tissue trigger point therapy and he is the one who has helped me the very most! If you can find a chiropractor who also does deep tissue bodywork then have them focus on your entire torso front and back. My chiropractor worked on my muscles for about an hour and it was only on my torso in the front and the back and then he did a very mild adjustment I’ve been to him five times so far and I’m doing so much better! Basically the muscles in my upper back and upper chest were locked down and tightened so hard that he had to release them through pressure.
I’m about to go into surgery I have a herniated disc L5, I have already tried everything epidural steroid injection couple times, there’s been times that I feel like my hips are gonna get brake in half What do I do??? Please help

I had a road traffic accident and I have back problems. I’ve been to spinal assessment had acupuncture, pain clinic and had steroid injectionsX3 prescription pain killers Tramodol etc , but I find heat helps a bit. You can buy these wraps you put round your waist. They last for seven hours. They come in packs of 2 Thermacare they are called. Try those see if they help. Good luck
Made a patient happy , gave him the better alternative!!! The best types of doctors, also 10count tylonol #3 script would be good for him as needed. I got hit by a car and my foot was so fat instead of them giving me a codeine script i had to use street opiods cuz my dr was worried about addiction risk.not thinking the worser alternative is easier to get. Smh i hate bad doctors ,they think they know but..

Just had this done today I didn’t know if I wanted to cry or not but I’m still in pain is that normal?
Would the sacrum fuse properly if one were to fall and land on ones but on the left side?

Same also had it fixed by a gonstead doctor took me 5 months I also had a weak core so that's why It took me a awhile
